When there is not a pre-existing roof, you can use the Insulated roof system, fully engineered in 3″, 4″, and 6″. Our studio style has a low-pitched roof that is an economical solution for your home. Pro-Fab panels are built to last. A moisture and mildew-resistant EPS core is factory-bonded between two heavy-duty aluminum skins.

With built-in electrical raceways incorporated into the vertical aluminum uprights of the wall systems. You can add a standard electrical outlet and switches. Combine that with the fan beam, located in the insulated roof panel you can add a ceiling fan.
